## A CALL FOR NEW BELIEVER BUDDIES

**Hi @first-name,**

Easter is just a few weeks away! As we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection, we’re praying that many people in our city will hear the good news of Jesus and take a step of faith in following Him.

When someone begins a new life in Christ, having a person walk alongside them, even briefly, can make a huge difference. That’s why we’re inviting people to serve as **Buddies** for new believers this Easter.

A Buddy simply meets with a new believer **twice** to read a few short Scripture passages together, talk about their new faith, and encourage them to stay connected to church community. **We’ll provide a simple guide**, so you don’t need to prepare anything.

If this sounds interesting, we invite you to join a **30-minute Zoom training** where we’ll walk through everything and answer your questions. **Attending the training doesn’t commit you**, it’s just a chance to learn more and decide afterward.

Walking with someone at the very beginning of their faith journey is a unique joy!
